鎖氣型星型卸料器轉子,為減小轉子與殼體之間的間隙。一般有兩種方案：

一、對轉子進行精加工，即增加轉子尺寸的精度，加工要求較高，所以成本相對較大，但適用性強，幾乎任何物料都可以采用這種鎖氣方式；

二、轉子采用普通加工方式。為減小轉子與殼體之間的間隙而達到鎖氣效果，在轉子的末端固定密封條，可按需要隨時調整卸料器轉子與殼體之間的間隙。如下圖
